Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】 粒子分散性が極めて良好であるので、パック 内圧上昇が小さく、またホットチュ−ブ紡糸法におい て、タルミ・毛羽、糸切れも極めて少なく、しかも安定 した糸質として操業できる。 【解決手段】 直鎖状のシリコーンオイルを0.1〜1 0重量%被覆した、平均一次粒子径5〜45mμの実質 的に乾式法で合成した酸化ケイ素粒子を0.02〜5. 0重量%以上含有したポリエステルを用いて紡糸口金か ら溶融吐出し、冷却した後に加熱帯域に導入して延伸す るポリエステル繊維の製造方法。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester yarn useful for woven and knit fabric, etc., extremely slight in sagging/fluff/end breakage, excellent in yarn qualities, by melting and extruding a polyester containing a fixed amount of a specific silicon oxide particle, cooling, introducing a cooled yarn to a heating zone and drawing. SOLUTION: A polyester which contains 0.02-5.0wt.% of a silicon oxide particle coated with 0.1-10wt.% (based on the particle) of a straight-chain silicone oil, having 5-45nm average primary particle diameter, practically synthesized by a dry method and has ≥0.50dl/g intrinsic viscosity is melted and extruded from a spinneret, cooled, introduced into a heating zone and drawn to give the objective polyester yarn.
