(57)【要約】 【課題】 軽量で組立が容易であるとともに、運搬効率 を高めることができ、しかも、廃材の発生しないダクト ユニットとその現場組立方法を得る。 【解決手段】 ダクトユニット1において、伸縮自在な グラスウールダクト3と、このグラスウールダクト3が 収納されるとともにグラスウールダクト3を接続するた めのダクト接続用穴17が壁面に形成される箱部材5 と、箱部材5の開口部11に取り外し自在に設けられグ ラスウールダクト3を収納した後の開口部11に取り付 けられる蓋材13と、帯板状に形成され整列した複数の 箱部材5を一括して保持する架台部材7とを設ける。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten the weight, to facilitate assembly, to enhance the efficiency of transport and, moreover, to prevent occurrence of waste. SOLUTION: In regard to a duct unit 1, glass wool ducts 3 being expandable and contractible, a box member 5 wherein these glass wool ducts 3 are held and in the wall surface of which holes 17 for connecting the glass wool ducts 3 are formed, a cover material 13 which is provided removably for an opening part 11 of the box member 5 and fitted to the opening part 11 after the glass wool ducts 3 are held, and rack members 7 which are formed in the strip shape and hold collectively the box members 5 in a plurality being lined up, are provided.
