(57)【要約】 【課題】表面保護部材を用いず、封止樹脂を露出させて 表面を保護した可とう性の太陽電池モジュールを提供す る。 【解決手段】絶縁性封止材としての接着樹脂を太陽電池 セルの表面に離型性をもつシートを介して加圧してラミ ネートし、そのあとシートを剥離することにより、接着 樹脂で両面が被覆された太陽電池モジュールを得る。剥 離シートに気体透過性の良いものを用いることにより、 発生ガスによる外観不良を防ぐ。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module with an exposed sealing material on the surface and having flexibility by pressing adhesive resin through a sheet of which at least the adhesive resin side has a separation type property for being closely adhered so as to separate the sheet closely adhered to adhesive resin. SOLUTION: Solar battery cells together with sealing materials on both sides are sandwitched between a laminated stand 3 and a diaphragm 4. Then, when ethylene acetate vinyl(EVA) of a sealing material is heated by vacuum heating and pressing, it gets a molten state. In order to prevent molten EVA from sticking to a laminated stand 3 and to the diaphragm 4 becoming hard to be detatched, separation sheets 5 are fixed respectively. As to this separation sheet, a porous fluorine resin sheet is used. Lamination condition of cross linkage hardening of EVA are, for example heating at 70°C for 20min, evacuation, heating at 120°C for 30sec, pressing, and heating at 150°C for 15min followed by cooling so as to separate the separation sheet 5.
