Fuel composition used for hybrid expander containing stored oxidative gas

Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain solid fuel having specific combustion heat and a combustible gas generating agent of which the rate at which a stored gas is heated depends on the rate at which solid fuel, i.e., heat source evaporates by compounding specific amt. of an oxidizing agent and which is useful for a hybrid gas generator. SOLUTION: At least one of the solid fuel of which the combustion heat is at least about 3500 calorie per 1g and the combustible gas generating agent are obtained which is the oxidizing agent of the amt. sufficient to support the fuel to generate the heat sufficient for evaporating the fuel and which amt. is below stoichiometric 60% necessary for oxidizing all of the effective carbon in the fuel to carbon dioxide and all of the effective hydrogen in the fuel to water. The solid fuel suitable for use has the empirical formula expressed by the formula ((x), (y) are positive integers; (z), (u) are 0 or positive integers). The stoichiometric quantity of the oxidizing agent necessary for oxidizing all of the effective carbon in the fuel to the carbon dioxide and all of the effective hydrogen to the water is oxygen of (2x+y/2-z) per 1mol of the fuel.
