Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the loss caused by unbalanced component in a single phase three-wire power supply system, prevent useless consumption of load power, and save electric power. SOLUTION: This power supply system is equipped with the following in a shunt transformer unit 4; a shell core part member 45, first and second windings 41, 42 which are bifilar-wound around the inner leg part of the core part member 45, and a third and a fourth windings 43, 44 which are bifilar- wound around the inner leg part of the core part member 45. The first winding 41 and the second winding 42 are connected in series, and constitute a shut winding 5 for compulsorily branching the load current into two equal current flows. The third winding 43 is connected with the first winding 41, as a series winding 6 for voltage transformation. The fourth winding 44 is connected with the second winding 42, as a series winding 6 for voltage transformation. COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
